This versatile part Arabian gelding is out of Catherine’s favourite home bred mares – Tathren Hannah. He is a bigger version of his fantastic mother. He provides our pupils with smooth paces, and a wonderful attitude. A lovely ride – just a good honest horse.

A superb Anglo Arabian mare. We eagily await her 2008 anglo foal by Tathren Strong Persuader. She was a very successful show horse before entering the school; and will be a vital link in our broodmare band. She was Reserve Champion at the East Coast Arabian Championships in 2004. She is a sister to Tathren Hannah, Tathren Enticing Melody and Tathren Moondancer.

TYSON |

Tyson is an absolute gentleman under saddle. This reliable thoroughbred gelding has been a foundation member of our school, and has taken many pupils to their first shows and dressage competitions. He was a very good competition horse in his early years. He provides our adult and teenage pupils with a quiet and co operative mount. He is excellent for nervous pupils returning to riding……or just beginning to learn how to ride.

Ned is an athletic thoroughbred gelding and a keen jumper. He is excellent for pupils who enjoy a willing and reliable mount. This shimmering bay gelding is certainly an asset to our school, and was also a successful racehorse last century.

BILBO |

Bilbo is an eye catching bay thoroughbred gelding with 4 white socks. His lovely soft paces and manners make him an enjoyable and comfortable ride, and he has taken many nervous pupils to their first competitions. His “rocking horse” canter allows pupils to gain confidence and balance in their canter seat. His dressage education also makes him a valuable mount for our riding school.

SABRINA (Tathren Enticing Melody) |

The lovely home bred Anglo mare possesses smooth paces and a willing temperament. She is also a very successful show horse and exhibits all the qualities we aim to produce in our breeding program. She is a half sister to “Tathren Strong Persuader”, “Tathren Tabitha”, “Tathren Moondancer”, “Tathren Enticing Rose” (owned by the McNally family) and “Baileys On Ice” (owned by Tania Parsons). She is a wonderful ambassador for both our riding school and show horses |

KIWI (My Kiwi Gold) |

Is a striking 16.3hh bay thoroughbred gelding. He was a very successful racehorse last century before entering the riding school; he won a Newcastle Gold Cup in 1996…… and also ran in the 1996 Melbourne Cup! He prefers to take life a lot slower these days, and is perfect for our larger adult riders.

SHAHZAM (Hollydale Shahzam) |

This awesome Arabian pony needs no introduction on the state and national show circuit; however he earns an honest day’s living being a vital member of our riding school. Pupils just love riding this co operative superstar that they see in horse magazines.
He has won everything! He is a wonderful pony and we feel privileged to have crossed paths with this superb equine. He is always in hot demand for our pupils to ride him in shows. |
